The day after we got back from Jordan, we took a 4 hour bus trip down to Eilot to snorkel in the Red Sea. It was so incredibe! Eilot is purportedly one of the best places in the world to snorkel and I would have to agree, although it was my first time, so I'm not really the best judge :). But it was so amazing!

Chris and I have been searching for these ice cream bars ever since we saw a picture of them on the side of a freezer in the Old City, but we hadn't been able to find them until we got to Eilot, so we were pretty excited to eat these puppies. They were AMAZING by the way.
