But what's even more exciting than that is that I am OFFICIALLY all done with my mission papers and now I just have to wait for the stake president to send them to the brethren (no earlier than the 25th, because I'm still just a kid for 97 more days). So hopefully I'll get his stamp of approval and have my call ready to open when we go up to Oregon for Tracy's baptism!
I've never been more excited about anything! I'm hoping there won't be any delays in sending them in. My availability date isn't until July 24 (after graduation) and I was thinking we might have to wait until 90 days before that to turn them in. But Bishop said we'll just send them and let the brethren worry about that. Hopefully the stake president says the same thing!
This is the pic that's going to the brethren :).

That's so exciting Madi! Make sure you let me know where you're off to as soon as you know.
Very exciting. I think you made a great choice by going on a mission. There is no greater adventure than that! We'll have to all place bets on where you're going this weekend.
Very cool about the editor gig! I think you will make an awesome missionary. I hope you get you call before you come up here so we can be there when you open it. I'm going to place my bet on Laramie, WY!!
Congratulations Madi. That is very exciting news and honestly, all the times I've been around you, you seem perfect for the job of a missionary.
Lets start a "where are you going, Madi?" pool.
